As the sun slowly disappeared behind the ancient skyline of Varanasi, we made our way towards Dashashwamedh Ghat, the spiritual heart of the city. Although I had seen countless videos of the famous Ganga Aarti on social media, nothing could have prepared me for the experience of witnessing it in person.

Day 3 – Discovering the Peace of Sarnath

After two spiritually enriching days in Varanasi, our journey continued towards Sarnath, located just 10 kilometers from the city. The drive was short, but the experience waiting for us was extraordinary.

While Varanasi is known for the powerful energy of Lord Shiva, Sarnath welcomes visitors with peace, silence, and meditation. The contrast between these two sacred destinations makes this spiritual circuit truly unique.

The museum houses numerous Buddhist sculptures, ancient relics, inscriptions, and artifacts discovered during excavations.

The highlight is undoubtedly the Lion Capital of Emperor Ashoka, which later became the National Emblem of India.

Seeing the original sculpture in person was an unforgettable experience.

Day 5 – Journey to the Sacred City of Ayodhya

After spending an unforgettable evening in Prayagraj, we woke up early with great excitement. Today was the day we had been eagerly waiting for—the journey to Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram and one of the most sacred pilgrimage destinations in India.

The drive from Prayagraj to Ayodhya was smooth and comfortable. As always, the team at See City Destination ensured that everything was perfectly managed.
