    Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar & Drive to Pahalgam

    On your arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. We will begin our trip to a picturesque valley around 97 kilometres South of Kashmir. Known as Pahalgam (which means The Shepherd’s Village), the valley is renowned the world over for its exotic forests, pretty water streams and imposing snow peaks. On arriving Pahalgam, we check in at the hotel and later do some nature walks to unwind ourselves. Later return to hotel and have dinner.

    Day 2 : Local Sightseeing in Pahalgam and transfer to Sonamarg

    Have breakfast in the morning at hotel, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Later proceed for local sightseeing in Pahalgam & visit- Aru Valley, Betaab Valley & Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows (Cost for horse riding to be paid directly by Guest). After your return from the beautiful meadows, we'll continue our drive to explore a beautiful secluded mountain resort 141 Km north of the valley. Driving through stony river beds and mud villages with a mesmerizing backdrop of the Himalayan range, the route takes us to the green valley of Sonamarg literally known as the golden meadow. On arrival check in at the hotel & relax. Spend rest of the evening at own leisure. Later return back to the hotel and have your dinner.

    Day 3 : Transfer from Sonamarg to Srinagar

    After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. You can spend few hours for visit to Thajwaas Glacier (on own) & after exploring this beautiful landscapes, further we continue our journey to Srinagar. It is around 87 Km’s from Sonamarg and will take 3-4 hours to reach. On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check in. Evening is free at own leisure to explore nearby places. Later return to hotel and have dinner.

    Day 4 : Full day trip to Gulmarg

    After breakfast in the morning, we will begin our country side day trip towards Gulmarg. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesue market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. We arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and begin a short tour around the meadow familiarizing ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system (Tickets to be purchased directly by Guest) and ascend towards the Affarawat Mountain range. The 8 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so & later do some horse-riding (Charges to be paid directly by Guest) to the strawberry valley. In the evening we will drive back to Srinagar where we can take a walk along the banks of the Dal Lake or simply rest in the cozy rooms of our hotel after having dinner.

    Day 5 : Local Sightseeing in Srinagar

    After having breakfast at hotel, proceed for a half day local sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers and cascading water fountains. We will explore the gardens and later go for a 60 Minutes Shikara ride in Dal Lake. This boat ride glides you past some wonderful vegetable gardens and aquatic life. Later return to the hotel & have dinner.

    Day 6 : Departure

    After breakfast, pack your bags & check out from the hotel. We will drive to the airport for your flight home. (Breakfast)

Exclusion

  • Air Fare/Train fare, insurance premium, any other activities like rafting, etc, services of guide during sightseeing, cable ride cost to Manakamana Temple & boat ride cost to Barahi Temple for which supplemental charges will be applicable to be paid by the guests directly.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
  • Entrance Fees for museums and monuments, Upgradation Charges and Optional Tours to be paid by the guests directly on the spot.
  • Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests. Such additional costs are also applicable for usage of vehicle and guide beyond the specified time or normal working hours as mentioned above.
  • Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like flight delays or their rescheduling or cancellation, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
  • Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
