    Day 1 : Varanasi arrival – Sarnath Lord Buddha’s first sermon place-(15 KM, 0.5 Hr)-

    Dhamekh Stupa + evening Ganga Arti We will receive you at Railway Station/Airport to check-in to hotel.

    After lunch, we will be taken for an excursion to Sarnath . Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples at deer park . The attractions at Sarnath is the Buddha Temples, Dhamekha Stupa , Chaukhandi Stupa , Deer Park (Rishipattana) , Mulagandh Kuti Vihara and the Archaeological Museum.

    In evening, you can attend evening ritual ceremony at Sri Lankan Buddhist Temple in Sarnath

    OR, In evening, get ready to experience one of the most memorable moments of your life, as you will be taken for world famous Ganga Aarti at Dashaswamedh Ghat (Evening ceremony at Ganga Ghat). Get a glimpse of the cultural diversity and social and religious activities being carried out at the Ganga Ghats.

    Day 2 : Varanasi-Morning Boat Ride –Bodhgaya(300 KM, 6 Hrs)-Local Tour

    Early morning feel spirituality of Subah-e-Banaras in Varanasi in which you will enjoy Morning Boat Ride in the Ganges during Sunrise . Experience the different Ghats of Varanasi . Each Ghat has its own history and value. Come back to hotel for breakfast.

    After breakfast, drive to Bodhgaya- Buddha's Enlightenment place . Bodhgaya is situated along the River Niranjana. Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree . Later proceed for city sightseeing of Bodhgaya covering Mahabodhi Temple , Niranjana River and Sujata Village . Check-in at hotel & night stay in Bodhgaya.

    Day 3 : Bodhgaya - Local Sightseeing - Kushinagar (by road)- (Approx. 400 KM- 07 hrs)

    After breakfast, drive to Kushinagar which is place of Mahaparnirvana of Lord Buddha .

    Arrive Kushinagar & check in at hotel. Later visit Mahaparinirvana Temple ( where Buddha took his last breath), the ruins of the Mukutbandhan Chaitya / Rambhar Stupa ( cremation site of Lord Buddha) and a beautiful statue of the Reclining Buddha.

    Have dinner and Stay at night in Kushinagar.

    Day 4 : Kushinagar - Lumbini- Birthplace of Lord Buddha- (By road)-(Approx. 180 Kms , 04 hrs)

    After breakfast, proceed to Lumbini .Kindly obtain double entry visa for India & single entry visa for Nepal . On arrival in Lumbini, check in to hotel.

    Later visit birth Place of Lord Buddha. It was relocated in year 1890 after being untraced for 1,500 years. Dinner and stay at night in Lumbini.

    Day 5 : Lumbini -Gorakhpur (100 KM, 02 hrs) -Drop to Gorakhpur Airport/Railway Station

    After breakfast, drive to Gorakhpur and drop to Maha yogi Gorakhnath Airport to board the flight or Railway Station to catch train for onwards journeys.

Exclusion

  • Air Fare/Train fare, insurance premium, any other activities like rafting, etc, services of guide during sightseeing, cable ride cost to Manakamana Temple & boat ride cost to Barahi Temple for which supplemental charges will be applicable to be paid by the guests directly.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
  • Entrance Fees for museums and monuments, Upgradation Charges and Optional Tours to be paid by the guests directly on the spot.
  • Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests. Such additional costs are also applicable for usage of vehicle and guide beyond the specified time or normal working hours as mentioned above.
  • Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like flight delays or their rescheduling or cancellation, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
  • Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
